- System takes payment at agreed time (e.g. when the order is finalised, when the goods are dispatched etc.)
- Customer is notified when goods have been dispatched
- Accounts are prompted to raise invoice or receipt (or the system can generate this automatically)
- Customer records are updated for payment taken, invoices/receipts raised and customer order history
- Customised management reports to analyse stock, sales and customer data
