SHUA Trust
SHUA Trust is a cat rescue and rehabilitation charity based in Sully, South Glamorgan. This client needed a website to promote their work and a database to ease their administrative burden.
We designed and developed the original website back in 2003. Over the years, the website has grown and new features added. There is a news section with RSS feed, events page, online donation facility, lost and found register, extensive photo galleries and rehoming section. The website has proven to be an invaluable tool for SHUA, raising their profile tremendously and enabling them to communicate more freely with both their supporters and customers - the public at large.
With the success of the site, the charity was keen for us to develop a database application to ease their increasing administrative burden. For the first time, all adoption, surrender, veterinary treatment, owner details and other information is stored in one place allowing easy retrieval of data and tracking of each animal through the shelter. Being able to record donation information greatly aids the gift-aid process for the charity. In addition, the database automatically updates the news and lost & found register of the website.

The website is fantastic and our supporters always compliment us on it. SHUA is now well and truly on the map; due to SEO we get calls from as far away as Edinburgh and Kent!
